We will leave from the Base Lodge at 1:00pm to car pool for a 35 minute drive North to the Garden Center where we will do a “Walk About “ with a gardener who will tell us all about ornamental trees, scrubs, evergreens and perennials that are hardy for our VT weather.  The nursery was established in 1967 by E.C. Brown and is now run by the next generations and has a huge supply of plant materials for sale. We will also figure out about some refreshments together after, TBD. Rain date August 16th.
