Joint meeting with the Woodstock Garden Club Location: Quechee Club

Please join us for this joint meeting with the Woodstock Garden Club- The Quechee Garden Club will host this presentation.

Presentations by: Heather Furman, State Director of the Nature Conservancy and Tom Rogers, Wildlife Biologist and Associate Direct of Philanthropy

The Nature Conservancy has been protecting all that we love about Vermont in a changing landscape for 60 years. It owns and manages more than 55 natural areas around the Green Mountain State.

They will discuss the issues of water, forests and climate that impact our community. The duel challenges of climate change and global biodiversity loss represent the greatest crises of our time, but we have the tools and the ability to address them today. Learn how The Nature Conservancy is leveraging the power of nature to address these challenges, while making our lives and communities healthier in the process.

Light refreshments will be served after the program giving us an opportunity to meet some of our neighbors from the Woodstock Garden Club.
